Conjura Ireland Limited
Conjura Ireland Limited (“Conjura”) engages certain third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) toassist in providing the Conjura platform and related services. These sub-processors may process personal data on behalf of our customers in accordance with the data processing terms set out inAnnex A of our Terms & Conditions.
This document provides a list of sub-processors that Conjura currently authorises to process customer personal data. Conjura ensures that each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those set out in our agreement with you.
For information on how Conjura processes personal data as a controller (e.g. for its own marketing, website analytics, and business operations), please refer to our Privacy Policy.

International Transfers
Where sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Conjura ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Article 46. This includes reliance onthe European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, supplementary measures. For US-based sub-processors, Conjura also considers whether the provider participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Changes to This List
Conjura may update this list from time to time as sub-processors are added or removed. Inaccordance with Annex A (clause 3.3.15) of our Terms & Conditions, customers have granted ageneral authorisation for Conjura’s use of sub-processors.
We will update this page to reflect any changes and, where material changes occur, will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected customers in advance. We recommend that customers subscribe to updates or check this page periodically.
